In this uplifting and insightful session, award-winning facilitator Christine Higgins invites attendees to pause, reflect, and rediscover balance through her Embodied Energy Method, a practical wellbeing framework inspired by the five natural elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit.
Christine bridges science, psychology, and lived experience to help women strengthen resilience, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. This is not another motivational talk — it’s a conversation that leaves women feeling seen, supported, and re-energised.

Christine Higgins is an award-winning facilitator, speaker, and wellbeing strategist, and the founder of Embodied Energy Wellness. A former corporate professional with over 20 years of experience, Christine is known for blending practical leadership tools with emotional wellbeing. Her work has supported thousands of women through corporate workshops, retreats, and community events across Ireland and beyond.
Event Schedule — WOW (Women on Wednesday) Network
The morning begins with registration and networking from 9:30 to 10:15 AM, where attendees can enjoy tea and coffee, connect informally, and share reflections on balance and leadership in their daily lives.
At 10:15 AM, Christine will guide the group through a short grounding meditation — a moment to pause, settle the mind, and bring focus into the present before the main session begins.
From 10:30 to 11:45 PM, Christine will deliver her interactive talk, The Balanced Leader: Reconnecting Through the 5 Elements. This engaging session explores how the natural elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit — can serve as practical anchors for women balancing multiple roles in life and leadership. Through reflection and group exercises, participants will uncover tools for resilience, emotional intelligence, confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Finally, from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM, Christine will host an open Q&A and closing discussion, creating space for shared insights and questions before ending the morning with an uplifting message on leading from balance rather than burnout.
