Katie Farrell is the co-founder of SQUID, a loyalty network company she built from the ground up over seven years. Starting straight out of university, she took the product from concept to over 750,000 users, growing the team to 35 people along the way. As Chief Customer Officer, she led the launch of Wave Points, a new consumer rewards currency, into the Irish market last year, delivering fintech integrations and commercial partnerships at scale. She brings hands-on experience across product, operations, and growth at stages of the startup journey from concept to Series A.
