Our Guest Speaker Daire Coffey of Perspectives Consulting, an Executive Coach and Master of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) shares the latest learning from neuroscience and leadership with tips and strategies to:

- be resilient in face of setbacks
- get the most out of your day and boost energy and enjoyment
This will be an interactive session where you will have a chance to think about what you can do to improve your performance.

SPEAKER PROFILE: DAIRE COFFEY
Daire is Founder/Director of Perspectives Consulting where she facilitates business and personal growth through tailored leadership development programmes and one-to-one executive coaching/business mentoring.
Before setting up her own consultancy in 2000, Daire held various senior executive/director general management & markeitng roles UDG Healthcare, Enterprise Ireland in both Dublin and Brussels.
She is an accredited Exectuive Coach, Master Practitioner in NLP and is qualified in use of various psychometric assessments including Myers Briggs, EQi and ECXR. She co-authored (with Deirdre Murray) the book ‘Emotional Intelligence (EQ)- A Leadership Imperative!’ in 2007, published by ManagementBriefs International. Daire also provides keynote addresses at various conferences in the area of Leadership and Managing Change.
Daire is a non-executive Director of Amawlee, is an associate consultant with HPC Global and has served various roles as Business Mentor/Coach at IMI, Dublin City Enterprise Board (Leo) and WXN Women’s Network
