Wednesday 24th March 2021      11.15-12.30

How many times do you get to the end of the day and wish you had more hours? Do you get to Friday with lots of things on your To Do list? Do you start each week with great intentions but find it hard to stick to them?

If you can relate to these questions, then this talk will give you lots of ideas on how to gain back control of your time and get more done.

Our time is our most precious commodity, the one thing we can’t get more of …. unless we work long hours. And that is bad for our wellbeing and mind fitness. So, we need to protect our time and use it carefully.  That requires a mindset shift.

In this talk Moira discusses the mindset shift that helps us:

  • Take control of our time
  • Spend more time on our priorities instead of everyone else’s!
  • Win back time in the day using strategies like Time blocking and the Yes/No question

With practical tips to help you make immediate changes to your working week you can boost your productivity.

Moira’s talk will include plenty of opportunity to ask questions during and after the session.

The talk will be followed by discussion and the event will end with 15 minutes of networking in breakout groups.
