Sarah Reynolds, Partner Kane Tuohy LLP

Sarah leads the Commercial and Data Protection department of Kane Tuohy LLP. 

Her practice areas include advising clients on data protection issues, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, commercial disputes and landlord and tenant issues. She advises corporations, financial instructions, professional organisations, and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious issues. 

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and obtained her BCL degree in UCC. 

 

Rita Higgins, Solicitor, Kane Tuohy LLP

Rita is a Solicitor in the Commercial and Data Protection Department in Kane Tuohy LLP. 

Rita works in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial law with additional expertise in commercial contracts, data protection and privacy law, landlord and tenant law and employment law. 

Rita acts for a wide variety of clients which are primarily corporate, including financial institutions and accountancy practices.

Rita qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and obtained her BCL degree in UCC.
