The National Ploughing Championships 2025 are being held in Screggan, County Offaly from 16th - 18th September 2025

As part of its National Programme the Local Enterprise Offices are offering clients an opportunity to exhibit at this years National Ploughing Championship 2025. 

Representing LEO Dublin City at the Event will be Joyof, a bold chef led West African food brand based in Spade Enterprise Centre, Smithfield, Dublin 7. Founded by trained chef Eniola Salami, Joyof creates convenient, ready-to-use products that honour traditional West African flavours while fitting into busy modern lives..

Their flagship product is the Jollof Cooking Sauce, available in Mild and Spicy. It allows customers to easily prepare Jollof rice effortlessly. Designed for versatility, the sauce can be used to prepare authentic Jollof rice in 30 minutes or used as a marinade, pasta sauce, or stew base and more. 

Whether it’s your first time trying Jollof rice or a flavour you know by heart, Joyof makes it effortless, accessible, and seriously delicious.
