Brief Programme Description MP900442528

Promoting Micro business is an important aspect to consider when either starting a new business venture or as a sales boost to an existing business. We will be comprehensively covering the concept of promotion, one of the four aspects of marketing. Promotion involves disseminating information about a product, product line, brand, or company. Promotion comprises four subcategories:

  • Advertising
  • Personal selling
  • Sales promotion
  • Publicity and public relations

A promotional mix specifies how much attention to pay to each of the four subcategories, and how much money to budget for each. It is imperative to give attention to all of these areas in order to maximise sales potential of your business.

To succeed, entrepreneurs must attract and retain a growing base of satisfied customers. Business owners should carefully plan their marketing strategies and performance to keep their market presence strong.
