The session focuses on refining narrative sections, tightening financial accuracy, and ensuring all elements of the application align with what evaluators expect. Participants will learn how to identify and correct common red flags, enhance the clarity of their financial projections, and present a more compelling, credible case for funding. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped to elevate their application, avoid deferrals or declines, and confidently position their business for successful approval.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

             Understand the full grant application process across Feasibility, Priming, and Business Expansion Grants.

             Apply general guidelines for completing an application clearly, accurately, and comprehensively.

             Answer key application questions with clarity, evidence, and relevance to evaluator expectations.

             Develop and interpret essential financial projections, including Revenue Models, P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheets.

             Identify and avoid common mistakes that cause grant applications to be declined or deferred.

             Strengthen the overall quality of their submission by aligning documents, financials, and narrative consistently.

             Recognise what supports, documents, and evidence are required to complete a strong application.
