Go-2-Tender Workshops - Naas - 8th and 22nd March 2018

The Go-2-Tender Programme aims to give SMEs across the island of Ireland the confidence, skills and knowledge to successfully compete for Public Sector tenders in their own jurisdiction and on a cross-border basis.  The Programme consists of 2 days´ training by experienced bid specialists with an initial ½ day of tailored one-to-one mentoring available to each participating company. Eligible companies can also apply for up to a further 2 days of additional mentoring support from an experienced consultant. 

Day One

• How to source above and below threshold contract opportunities
• The bid/no bid decision
• How the Public Sector buys (North and South)
• How to assess opportunities using live examples
• Electronic tender platforms (e.g. eTendersNI & eTenders.ie)
• Success strategies for SMEs  

Day Two

• How to become more competitive
• Improving your document writing skills
• Checklist of tender content and how it should be presented
• Debriefing following tender competitions
• Action planning for successful tendering

Dates: 8th & 22nd March 2018

Cost: €100 per person (fee includes 2 days of training, electronic materials, catering and up to 2½ days of mentoring).
