Microsoft Pilot Volunteer Mentoring Programme

Microsoft Pilot (Phase 2) Volunteer Mentoring Programme

What is the Programme?

Microsoft are putting forward up to twenty of their senior staff to provide one to one mentoring sessions to entrepreneurs or business owners in order to assist them with any issues that have arisen in their start-up company or existing business. This will involve a commitment by the Microsoft staff of two hours a month for four months with a minimum of the initial meeting taking place in Microsoft Offices in Sandyford Industrial Estate. This will give you access not only to a trained mentor but also to be able to tap in to the expertise that the individuals have accumulated over many years of working in one of the largest multinational technology companies in the world.

Who will it suit?

This pilot program will be suitable for LEO clients (any micro or small enterprise wishing to avail of the expertise available) and Enterprise Ireland clients (export focused pre HPSUs, HPSUs and established manufacturing and internationally traded services businesses that are SMEs).

How do I apply?

In order to avail of this offer please contact your Local Enterprise Office or your Development Advisor in Enterprise Ireland. For the duration of the pilot the numbers of companies/entrepreneurs being chosen for this service will be limited.
