Sheelagh Daly - Head of Local Enterprise
Coming from a strong business background as well as extensive experience in local development, Sheelagh Daly is Head of Enterprise in County Wicklow where she manages the delivery of state supports to micro enterprise through the Local Enterprise Office. A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, Sheelagh spent a number of years working abroad before returning to Ireland to run her family business. Diversifying from the private sector into the field of local development, education and training, Sheelagh holds a Masters from UCD Smurfit Business School and has a particular focus on strategic planning, project management and business growth.
Louise Fleming - Senior Enterprise Development Officer
Louise has been with Local Enterprise Office Wicklow since 2004. Having grown up in the Bray area, Louise brings with her a keen understanding of the local economic and social context in which Local Enterprise Office Wicklow operates. Coming from the private sector where she worked extensively with small businesses both in training and business development, Louise is responsible for providing business advice and organising supports for established businesses of more than 2 years of age, as well as being the main point of contact for NEW, the Network of Entrepreneurial Women.
Vibeke Delahunt – Senior Enterprise Development Officer
Having been part of the Economic Development Team of Wicklow County Council since 1999 Vibeke joined the LEO in 2014. Originally from The Netherlands, Vibeke settled in County Wicklow in 1997 after graduating with an MA in Arts and Heritage Management from Utrecht University and UCC. Following two years as Marketing Manager with Wicklow County Tourism, Vibeke took up the role of Film Commissioner with Wicklow County Council in 1999, in charge of developing the film potential of County Wicklow both as a film location and for film tourism. Vibeke will continue her roles as Film Commissioner and managing Wicklow County Campus as well as offering information and assistance to start up companies on Local Authority issues.
Carol Murphy - Administrator
Carol has been with Local Enterprise Office Wicklow since 1999. A native of Wicklow town, Carol is an invaluable asset to the team with her considerable local knowledge and understanding of local issues. With a background in book-keeping, Carol’s primary area of responsibility is accounts and record keeping, Carol deals with all grant drawdowns, in addition to which she provides support to LEO clients and manages our website. Carol is also the first point of contact for the Ireland's Best Young Entrepreneur' initiative for County Wicklow.
Tamara Mulhall - Administrator
Tamara joined Local Enterprise Office Wicklow in 2007. Originally from Gorey, Co. Wexford, Tamara is very experienced in delivering the highest standards of customer care having worked in both the Health & Beauty and Hospitality industries. Tamara is the first point of contact for the Local Enterprise Office Wicklow clients and a great source of information on all of the services available through Local Enterprise Office Wicklow.
Annette Rowsome - Business Advisor
A graduate of DCU, Annette has extensive experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the food chain: primary production, processing and marketing of indigenous food and drink products in both the domestic and export market. She has firsthand experience of the challenges faced by small and micro business and a clear understanding of the different stages of business development. Annette has a particular focus on adding value to products and services through market research, new product/ brand development and innovation to deliver strategic growth.
