The Owner-Manager Development Programme (‘OMDP’) is LEO Wicklow's ‘flagship’ course. This in-depth programme has been running in Co. Wicklow for the past 25 years.
Please note this programme is designed for businesses that are established (at least a year or more), and based in Co. Wicklow. Sole traders, partnerships and limited companies may apply.

Export Development Programme 2024
This Export Development Programme will provide you with access to experienced mentors and practical support for developing your export plan. It will also provide a forum where ambitious entrepreneurs can share their exporting experiences and challenges, get new perspectives, encourage collaboration, and provide an opportunity to focus on growth opportunities in international markets. This high value and high impact capability building programme run by John Haran and his team is specifically designed for businesses with export growth ambitions - whether you are first time exporters, early-stage exporters or experienced exporters exploring new markets. Eligible businesses based in Wicklow – will be established and trading for more than 2 years, engaged in manufacturing or providing a tradeable service with potential to trade internationally.
Food Academy
The Food Academy Start programme is primarily targeted at food businesses looking to scale up, and current Local Enterprise Office clients. The content for Food Academy Start was designed by Bord Bía in partnership with Musgraves, through the SuperValu brand. Modules cover The Market, The Consumer, Production, Financing, Distribution & Marketing, all through classroom-based learning in addition to one-to-one mentoring.
