FAQs about Local Enterprise Office Wicklow

Who or What is the Local Enterprise Office (LEO)?

The Local Enterprise Office provides advice, information and support to you in starting up or growing your business.

With 31 dedicated teams across the Local Authority network in Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices offer you a wide range of experience, skills and services.

Our main target clients are micro-enterprises i.e. businesses that employ less than 10 people. Micro-enterprises are an integral part of the local economy, but many face a range of obstacles that adversely affect their ability to start-up, to survive, and to grow. Our objective is to provide a full range of supports and to help create a supportive environment, which facilitates the establishment of micro-enterprises and assists owner-managers in overcoming the obstacles they face, so that they can grow their businesses to their full potential.
