Speaker: Emily Heslop, Founder, Culture One https://www.cultureone.ie/
In this session, we will look at how ADHD shows up for women – the unique strengths it brings and the creativity, insight and energy we contribute, alongside the very real challenges in work and everyday life and the patterns that quietly drain us. Turn these insights into practical strategies that shape how you design your work, protect your energy, and set yourself up for a genuinely sustainable year (vs. competing goals). With wellbeing at the heart, this session will challenge the “do it all” narrative and support you to build your own, no-nonsense framework of realistic, neuroaffirming strategies for 2025.
