Negotiation is an everyday activity for business owners, and a key to success. On Tuesday November 10, Stephen Boyle, lecturer and trainer with the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School’s MBA programmes will deliver a talk that includes:
- The key elements of successful negotiation
- The most common pitfalls – and how to avoid them
- Tips for negotiating against powerful opponents
- Gender differences in negotiation
The evening promises to provide lots of practical advice and a chance to put your negotiation questions to the expert.
The talk will be followed by networking over tea and coffee.

Stephen Boyle is a negotiation trainer and consultant and lectures on negotiation at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, where he teaches on the school’s MBA programmes and delivers a three-day executive development course, ‘Winning Negotiation Strategies’.
