The National Enterprise Awards will take place in Dublin during May 2016 and the South Dublin Local Enterprise Office is now organising the County Competition to identify South Dublin’s best micro enterprise.
The Local Enterprise Office South Dublin has a prize fund of over €6,000, made up as follows
- 1st prize €2,500 County Winner plus €500 for either further training or mentoring
- 2nd prize €1,000 plus €500 for either further training or mentoring
- 3rd prize €500 plus €250 for further training or mentoring
In addition there is a further €500 prize plus €500 in further training or mentoring for the winner of most innovative category.
The South Dublin winner will go on to compete in the Dublin Regional Final as well as the National Final in May 2016, with a prize fund of up to €20,000 available.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses will have received LEO supports in the past, employ ten or less staff and previous County winners may re-enter. The South Dublin County Enterprise Awards Ceremony will take place on March 11th 2016.
Application Process
The application process is as follows:
- Applications in by the deadline of 26/ 02/2016
- Judges Assessment
- County final on 11/03/2016
- Overall winner sent to National Final, May 2016
