Local Enterprise Office Wicklow have partnered with experts Full Circle, led by Simon Devlin to delivery Export Development Programme to LEO client companies, designed to challenge and support you in scaling your export potential.

This Export Development Programme  has been carefully designed to guide and assist businesses along the process of entering export markets. 

Throughout the programme, you will:

• Build skills and confidence to identify, target and convert export opportunities.

• Get a clear export market focus and a 12‑month action plan you can execute immediately.

• Access tailored 1:1 mentoring from senior export consultants.

• Benefit from bespoke market research and prospecting in your chosen market.

• Learn alongside a small, committed cohort (max. 10 places) in an interactive, in‑person setting.

• Format: In‑person workshops in Rathnew + on‑site diagnostics + 1:1 mentoring + bespoke market research + export plan support

Suitable for:

This high value and high impact capability building programme is specifically designed for businesses with export growth ambitions - whether they are first time exporters, early-stage exporters or experienced exporters exploring new markets.

Eligible businesses based in Wicklow – will be established and trading for more than 2 years, engaged in manufacturing or providing a tradeable service with potential to trade internationally.
