The Innovate  Wicklow!  programme is based on Design Thinking, which is applied in a strategic,  practical and bespoke manner to your business. It is designed for established businesses with between 3 - 50 employees, based in Wicklow.

The programme has been developed by Local Enterprise Office Wicklow in association with Design+, an established centre for innovation and commercialisation, at Institute of Technology Carlow and supported by Enterprise Ireland.  

This new programme, delivered by experienced Design Strategist, Lynne Whelan, and a team of specialist Mentors from Design+, provides an opportunity for innovative Wicklow business owners, to re-assess their business and develop innovative strategies for adapting to market challenges and opportunities - whether that be new products, new processes or new approaches to markets and distribution channels.

The programme will

• bring participants through a defined 4 stage process
• identify and analyse where the innovation potential lies in your enterprise and
• develop a strategic road map – with steps to implementation, resources required, milestones and timelines -  which can underpin application for further supports to deliver on Innovation plans.
