This three hour interactive workshop will help you to plan and manage your sales processes in 2023, with the focus on the sales process in your business and how to improve it.  The aim is to provide a practical sales process that can be used as a reference going forward into 2023.

Trainer Profile:

Eva Acton worked in B2B sales for 12 years. She held roles in Sales and Marketing at international corporate level operating in the Medical Devices industry. She built successful sales relationships with hospitals and private clinics in Ireland and the UK and won many 5-year EU contracts.

Then in 2008 Eva started a small luxury item business (Dundrum Blooms) at the outset of the last recession and built it consistently for 11 years. She employed up to 5 people and built a list of over 50 clients varying from 5* hotels to small local businesses.

Sales skills, creative flair and determination are the skills that Eva brought to her business to grow it in the most challenging of times.

Eva successfully sold her business in 2019 and has returned to the sales world. She is now working with Small Businesses, who may not have a specific sales function, to develop pragmatic, and lasting sales strategies in this challenging environment.

She has completed numerous in-house Sales training courses over the years. She is recently qualified with a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Institute and UCD and a distinction in Training Delivery & Evaluation with Open College.
