This workshop will be a morning of interactive work on your business.  The first part of the session will be on goal setting and the second half will be focused on time management to achieve the goals set.  

  • Knowing what your business is moving towards consistently and methodically is important.  Ensure the work you do will reap the rewards you want.   Take time out to focus on where you are taking your business.  
  • Learn how to set an action plan of priorities at the workshop that you can follow for the coming months and years.   
  • Start putting together the work for the coming months in this workshop.  Business development doesn’t happen unless you take the time out to work ‘on’ your business.  Take this valuable time out to work on your business goals for the coming months and years. 
  • Financial goals; how to break into manageable goals. 
  • Practical tips that will help you achieve more in your business every day.   

This session will have some flexibility to respond to what is needed within the group so that everyone can ask questions they may have.

SPEAKER PROFILE: Wendy Merrigan

Wendy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).  She works with SME business owners and sole traders.  Her practice is ten years old.  She looks after clients’ accounts, bookkeeping and tax matters. Advisory services focused on business and profit growth. Wendy also works as an independent non-executive Director (finance director).
