One of the areas that members tell us they need the most help is sales and specifically how to get the best returns from your selling activities so I am delighted to have Business Performance Specialist, Executive Coach and Sales Trainer Dervilla O'Brien as our Guest speaker in September.  Dervilla will share her insights into techniques that you as a business owner can use to ensure that you fully understand your customer and know how to define your value proposition in a way that resonates with your customer and leads to increased sales.

The talk will be followed by networking over wine and finger food.

SPEAKER PROFILE:

Dervilla O'Brien combines coaching and training expertise with more than twenty-five years of corporate experience as a member of senior management teams across a range of companies.  Dervilla was Sales Director in Irish Biscuits (Jacobs), Tayto and Golden Pages.  She has been a key negotiator with staff, customers, prospective buyers and owners.  A founder of start-up HealthBridge Technology in 2015, Dervilla has current and continuing experience of the pressures and challenges of new ventures.

Dervilla is currently a facilitator with DCU Ryan Academy. Accelerator programmes include: Female High Fliers, Illuminate Boyne Valley-M1 Female Entrepreneurship Business Management & Leadership and ISAX Ingenuity Programme (Irish Smart Ageing Exchange). She is a regular guest trainer at the Sales Institute of Ireland.
