Our November event will feature a talk by award winning entrepreneur, Co-Founder of The Irish Fairy Door Company Aoife Lawler about the story of the company so far, especially the main challenges and successes to date and the plans for the future.  This is a really well branded Irish success story with great potential to grow.  We will also be talking about our own annual Awards and will be encouraging as many members as possible to enter!

Speaker Profile:

Aoife Lawler, Co-founder of The Irish Fairy Door Company After 16 years working frontline with adults with Mental Health Difficulties in the HSE Aoife took the frightening leap into self-employment.  Co-founder of The Irish Fairy Door Company with her husband Gavin, lifelong friend Niamh and her husband Oisin the four friends embarked on a whirlwind business adventure.  Aoife as the Creative Director for TIFDC has responsibility for all creative outputs within the company from book writing to content development, product development and brand messaging. Fairy Door was a finalist in the ‘Emerging’ category of Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2017.  Aoife also won alongside Niamh ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ 2017 with both Image Magazine Business Women Awards and Women Mean Business Awards.
