This session is aimed at small business owners and sole traders, who are experiencing change within their business or in their personal life, as a result of Covid 19.

Speaker Profile: Denise O’Brien

Focusing on supporting organisations and individuals through periods of change, O’Brien Learning Solutions was established in 2016 by Denise O’Brien.

Denise has 20 years’ experience working with large multinational organisations such as General Electric, Lloyds Banking Group, St. Andrew’s Group, Halifax Bank and Wipro Ireland Ltd and most recently as a Business Consultant with OMT Global and business owner of O’Brien Learning Solutions. During her time in industry, Denise has performed in a range of roles including team facilitation, leadership development, internal consultant, operations management and change management. 

Denise’s experience also includes the design and delivery of leadership programmes, learning interventions up to Senior Executive level and the provision of internal coaching to management at various levels in customer-facing, client-driven roles. Denise has worked with a variety of clients since transitioning into consultancy in 2016 both in the private and public sectors. 

Her work with large U.K. and U.S. based firms ensures that Denise has a wide range of practical experiences to draw from and to share with those groups and individuals with whom she works. Passionate about successful change integration and the development of leaders and their followers, Denise uses a variety of skills and techniques to bring learning to life to enhance the careers of those whose development she supports.

Denise also holds a private coaching practise whereby all of her skills, accreditations and experience help the individual to move successfully through periods of change in their lives.
